Our brand-new accommodation is located in San Martino in Badia - a magical South Tyrolean holiday village in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO-World Natural Heritage. San Martino in Badia is one of the 5 Ladin communities in Val Badia. Far away from mass tourism, it is the ideal place for a relaxed holiday amongst the unique and breathtaking mountains of the Dolomites.

The chalet

Our 60 m² chalet provides you with every comfort for a relaxing stay. It offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 double that can be separated into two singles). The living room is furnished with an additional sofa bed and SAT TV. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you need to cook your own meals. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price.

Location

San Martino in Badia, the ideal location for your holidays in the Dolomites

The holiday apartment offers a wonderful view of our museum “Ladin Ciastel de Tor”, showcasing the Ladin culture. Surrounded by meadows and woods and a big playground, it is the ideal accommodation for families, sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.

In the summer, the glorious nature parks Puez-Odle and Fanes-Senes-Braies with their countless hiking trails beckon you to enjoy your beloved hiking and biking tours. In the winter, the magnificent 1,200 kilometres of pistes of the Dolomiti Superski region with the skiing paradise Plan de Corones, and the pistes of the famous Sellaronda Alta Badia await you.

We are located just 1 km from the Piculin ski piste, which forms a direct link to Plan de Corones. At the lower cable car station Piculin, a free ski shuttle running every 20 minutes enables direct access to the skiing region Alta Badia and thus to the Sellaronda.

Prices

Summer and winter season

Prices are per apartment per night. From the 5th person we charge a surcharge of € 20.00 per day. Children’s discounts apply.

A local tax of € 2.60 per person per day is charged for guests from 14 years of age.

The booking of your holiday apartment is only considered to be confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the apartment price.

Payments:

In cash the day prior to departure, for amounts below € 1.000,00.
By bank transfer (in which case full payment must be received prior to arrival).

Cancellation:

For cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, we retain the deposit.
Cancellation 30 to 14 days before start of the holiday: 70% of the total booked services.
Cancellation in the last 2 weeks before the start of the holiday: 100% of the total booked services.

Check-in:
Your apartment will be available from 4:00 pm.

Check-out:
Please vacate your holiday apartment by 10:00 am.

Inclusive services:
Free outdoor parking in our grounds, free Wi-Fi throughout the holiday apartment, large garden with loungers and sun umbrella, and final cleaning are included.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted.

No smoking:
Smoking in the apartments is not permitted.

Fee-based services:

Baby set on request (cot, table-mounted chair);
Laundry service (if you give us your laundry, we will wash and dry it for you);
Breakfast rolls/milk delivery on request;

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with your insurance company to cover you in the event of cancellation, interruption or delayed arrival.
